Compliance
Built to the UAE calling rules. Enforced before any call goes out.
On 26 February 2026, DLD Circular 02-2026 banned brokers from calling owners they've never done business with. Cabinet Resolution 56/2024 sets the rules for every call that is allowed. EstateEngine Voice enforces those rules in the system, so a campaign that breaks one cannot start.
Controls in force
| Rule | What it means | What the system does |
|---|---|---|
| Calling window | Calls are only allowed between 09:00 and 18:00, your local time. | The dialler refuses to place a call outside the window. You can narrow it; you cannot extend it. |
| Identity, purpose and recording notice | Every call must say who is calling, who they represent, why they are calling, and that the call is recorded. | The opening is fixed. A campaign cannot start without it. The agent cannot edit it mid-call. |
| Permission before anything else | The client must agree to continue before any marketing content is spoken. | The call ends if permission is refused. No marketing script can run until permission is given. |
| Retry caps | Not more than one call per day, two calls per week, to the same number. | Counted across every campaign in your workspace. The number cannot be queued again until the window has passed. |
| Opt-out is final | A removal request must be honoured immediately and across the whole business. | The number is suppressed the moment the request is heard. No role or workspace setting can undo it. |
| Documented past clients only | DLD Circular 02-2026 bans Dubai brokers from calling owners they have no documented prior business with. | Every row must carry a lawful basis before upload. Rows without one cannot be dialled. |
| Registered local numbers | Calls must originate from numbers registered with the competent authority. | Calls go out on numbers registered to your UAE licence. Your operator (e& or du) provisions them. |
| Honesty about AI | If a client asks whether this is a machine, the answer must be yes. | The response is locked. No role or workspace setting can edit, disable or delete it. |
Your responsibilities
- You hold the UAE commercial licence.
- You supply documented past clients, with proof of the prior transaction.
- You screen your list against the UAE Do Not Call Registry before upload. Flagged numbers are blocked from dialling.
- Calls go out on numbers registered to your licence.
Audit trail
Every call is logged: who was dialled, when, how long for, what was said, whether consent was given, and the outcome. Recordings and transcripts live in your workspace. Download the audit per campaign whenever you need to show who was called and why.
